Welcome to Jefferson Beach Estates. We are a small, private community on the northeast side of Kitsap Peninsula, just south of Kingston.
Many of our residents have been here since the community was established in 1969. All of us were drawn to the area for its location on Puget Sound, which provides opportunities for walking, beachcombing, and fishing.

Saying goodbye to long-time JBE residents
